#183: A Tribute To Captain Dale And The 5 Benefits Of Crying
This episode serves as a tribute to an amazing man that finished his earthly journey today. Captain Dale (wife’s grandpa) was a phenomenal man and the greatest example of what serving, loving, and lifting others is all about. I commit to striving to. It only be more like the man he was but also more of the man he believed and saw me to be.
With all the emotions from the past week I thought it appropriate to talk about the benefits of crying, as I have done plenty of it.
Crying is a natural response humans have to a range of emotions, including sadness, grief, joy, and frustration
