There has been a common theme this week on the podcast and in my social media posts. Create time to tap into your own wisdom. I believe we all have the power and the answers but may not be able to totally access them yet. It is by taking time and creating space to listen to your own thoughts that we can find those stuffed thoughts, feelings of hope, peace, and belief. But you have to take the time to ask the questions and listen for the responses.
Today's episode is just another deep dive on this idea and more encouragement behind a mindful practice. It is also a shoutout to a group of girls in a treatment center that have been tuning into the show by asking their support staff if they can listen to "the bald guy"..... it's okay, I fully embrace my baldness.
