People with a positive attitude and outlook are more likely to avoid illness than those with a negative one. And, those with more positivity in their minds and bodies, recover quicker from the common cold, flu, and other viral infections. Listen to the episode as I share a few studies supporting this. I trust in my body’s ability to heal itself in the right time.

I breathe easily through my nose.

I give myself permission to trust that all is well in my body and in my world.
Heres what to do
1. Become aware of your thoughts. What is the internal dialogue saying about your health, wellness, and happiness. I’m tired. I wake up with a peaceful mind and a grateful heart. I don’t feel well. My body and mind want me to succeed.
2. Catch the negative when you recognize them. Where did they come from? Who gifted you with that thinking pattern? Ask yourself if it’s helpful or hurtful?
3. Replace the thoughts with something that is helpful, not hurtful. Something that moves you closer to a more desirable outcome.
The 'Greatest Day' mindset is a lifestyle; a way of living every moment of every day with a positive attitude. It is choosing to be happy and live life with energy no matter your circumstances.
