#69- Stress, Worry, and Anxiety are False Pictures In The Mind
It is more normal to experience fear, doubt, anxiousness, over thinking, stress and worry, than it is not to. Over 4 million people in the US report having anxiety. And that’s just the reported cases.
While it is definitely a normal process in life and our thinking patterns, we do not have to allow the stress and anxiety dictate our responses to the world around us.
